Barcodes is a provider of Automatic Identification & Data Capture (“AIDC”) and Identification & Access Control (“ID”) products and services that enable businesses to automate the tracking of their assets and people. The Company’s products include barcode scanners, mobile computers, label printers, point-of- sale systems, RFID equipment, and other related products. Barcodes primarily sells to small and medium-sized businesses and select enterprise customers.
