Audax Private Debt announced that, as Sole Notes Purchaser, it provided a new growth capital debt facility to support the continued investment in SavATree (“SavATree” or the “Company”) by Apax Partners, a New York and London-based private equity firm focused on the technology, services, healthcare, and internet / consumer sectors.
