Mhairi is a Compliance Director for Audax Group, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2024, Mhairi worked at Wellington Management Company, where she was most recently a Vice President and Principal. Before that, she spent nearly a decade as a Compliance Officer for North American Management.

Mhairi received her LLB (Hons) Law degree from King’s College London and her LPC from The College of Law, Guildford.
